Committee Membership Changes and Appointment of Senior Independent Director
Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc (LSE: SSIT), the world's first listed SpaceTech Fund, announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the following changes to the membership of the Board's Committees with effect from the conclusion of the Company's first Annual General Meeting:
· Angela Lane will succeed Christina McComb as Chair of the Audit Committee; and
· Christina McComb will succeed Will Whitehorn as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company also announces that Sue Inglis has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
Sue has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since June 2021. She is a member of the Audit Committee and Management Engagement Committee and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
