Seraphim Space Investment Trust plc (LSE: SSIT), the world's first listed Space Tech Fund, will announce its third quarter results for the three-month period ending 31 March 2022 on Thursday 12 May 2022.

Following the publication of its Q3 results, the Company will be hosting a Capital Markets Day in London for institutional investors and equity analysts at 10am. The event will:

· provide an update on Q3 and the significant progress made since IPO

· expand upon Seraphim's investment strategy

· detail the Company's climate, sustainability, and impact credentials; and

· feature presentations from the Chief Executives of several of its largest portfolio companies.

The event will be hosted by the Company's manager CEO Mark Boggett, CIO James Bruegger, and the CEO of the Seraphim Space Camp, Rob Desborough.
