Serco Group plc - Announcement of purchase of shares by Sir Roy Gardner

Serco Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 18 November 2015 that Sir Roy Gardner, the Company's Chairman, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on 18 November 2015 at a price of 99.3755 pence per share.

The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.  This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.4 R.
