The awards shown below, which as previously disclosed were conditional share awards granted under the Performance Share Plan ('the Plan') to compensate for prior employer awards forfeited, have vested. Where applicable, the numbers of shares awarded were adjusted for the effect of the Rights Issue as set out under the rules of the Plan. Serco Group plc ('the Company') was notified on 10 November 2015 that the individuals, each a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised the awards to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company shown opposite their names. The individuals self-financed their tax liabilities and retained all of the shares exercised.
