London , 4 November 2021 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), announces that Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Bell was issued 631 shares under the Serica Energy plc Employee Share Incentive Plan. 241 shares were issued on 13 August 2021, 224 shares were issued on 13 September 2021 and 166 shares were issued on 13 October 2021.

Following these transactions, which are detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Forms below, Mr Bell has a direct beneficial interest of 19,340 ordinary shares, representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
