London, 7 March 2024 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ), confirms that David Latin, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,462 ordinary shares at an aggregate price of 180.04p per share in the Company.

Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Latin is interested in 182,717 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.046611% of the Company's current issued share capital.
