Appointment of Director
Jersey, Channel Islands, 26 February 2020 -- Serinus Energy plc ("Serinus", "SEN" or the "Company") (AIM:SENX, WSE:SEN) is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 23 January 2020, Mr. Andrew Fairclough has now been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Fairclough assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 05 February 2020.
The disclosure requirements pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to this appointment are as set out in the announcement dated 23 January 2020, and there are no further changes or updates to those disclosures.
