The Company has today been advised that on 2 April 2008 John Featherstone, a
non-executive director who has previously announced his intention to stand down
from the board at the AGM on 30 May 2008, has sold 125,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at a price of 310.18p. His resultant holding is 2,000 shares,
representing less than 0.1% of the Company based on a total of 88,607,876 shares
in issue.
