The Company has today been advised that on 28 April 2011, Ian Cochrane, a PDMR of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 242p each. Following this notification his resultant holding is 820387 ordinary shares, representing 0.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
