DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").

GRANT OF CONDITIONAL SHARE AWARD

On 29th June 2016 grants of the following conditional awards over Shares was made under the Severfield Performance Share Plan ("PSP") to the following PDMRs representing the maximum number of shares available to such beneficiaries on satisfaction in full of the performance targets applicable to those awards:

Vesting of each award is conditional upon performance conditions (relating, inter alia, to the Company's earnings per share) to be applied over a circa three year performance period.  Subject to the performance conditions any Shares which vest will be released as soon as possible following 29th June 2019. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards. 

The Company was notified of these transactions on 30^th June 2016.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
