The Company was advised on 27 June 2006 that certain of its directors had
acquired ordinary shares in the Company.
The following share purchases took place on 27 June 2006, all at 1220p.
Peter Emerson acquired 1,814 shares. His resultant holding is 9,157 shares,
representing less than 0.1% of the Company.
