Under the Company's 1999 Annual Deferred Bonus share scheme, deferred share
awards were granted to certain directors of the Company as detailed in the
announcements of 3rd and 5th April 2000.

The three year restriction period, as defined in the scheme, commencing on the
Award Date has now expired and accordingly the relevant shares were transferred
to the Directors on 22nd April 2003.

The shares transferred and the resultant holdings of the Directors involved are
