Issue of Ordinary Shares

On 6^th September 2021 SEVERFIELD PLC (the "Company") from its block listing authorities of 4^th May 2020 and 1^st July 2021 issued 243,361 new Ordinary shares of 2.5p each. Following this issue, the Company has now used up the block listing of 4^th May 2020 and has the ability to issue a further 1,401,824 shares under its block listing facility of 1^st July 2021.

As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 308,474,087 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 308,474,087 . There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 308,474,087 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
