BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Capital & Counties Properties PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Lane OBE as an independent Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 March 2019. On appointment, Jonathan will also become a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Andrew Strang will step down from the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees with effect from 1 March 2019. Anthony Steains will join the Remuneration Committee on the same date.
Graeme Gordon has informed the Board that he will not seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming AGM and will retire from the Board at that date.
Jonathan Lane is a chartered surveyor. He was Chief Executive and then Non-executive Chairman of Shaftesbury PLC until September 2016. He is Non-executive Chairman of EasyHotel plc. His current charitable roles include The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, The National Trust and The Royal Theatrical Support Trust, where he is a trustee.
