ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW ESC BOARD COMMITTEE AND CHANGE OF REMUNERATION COMMITTEE CHAIR
As part of its commitment to Capco's sustainability strategy, the Board of Capital & Counties Properties PLC is pleased to announce that it has established a Board Environmental, Social and Community ("ESC") Committee to oversee the Company's ESC activities on behalf of the Board. The Committee is Chaired by Charlotte Boyle (independent Non-Executive Director) and includes Henry Staunton (Chairman), Ian Hawksworth (Chief Executive), Jonathan Lane (independent Non-Executive Director) and Anthony Steains (Senior Independent Director).
Following the establishment of the Board ESC Committee, Jonathan Lane will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee following the 2021 AGM , and Charlotte Boyle will step down from that role on the same date, remaining a member of the Remuneration Committee.
