Non-Market Transfer of Shares to Chairman

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified on 13 October 2010 that 367 shares previously held in the Liberty International Share Incentive Plan were transferred to the Company's Chairman, Ian Durant, on 12 October 2010.

Ian Durant now holds an interest of 290,230 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.047%) in the capital of the Company.
