In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") was notified on 14 June 2010 that Ian Durant, the Company's Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at £1.047214 per share on 11 June 2010.  Ian Durant's shareholding in the Company is now 172,347 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.028%).
