Shanta Gold, the East African focused gold producing company, was informed on 30 April 2015 that Robin Fryer, Non-Executive Director of Shanta Gold, has purchased on the same date, 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company at a price of 7.8 pence each.

Following this purchase, Robin Fryer holds 480,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
