Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Shanta Gold Limited (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, confirms that it has published its full Audited Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2015 (the 'Annual Report') onto its website: www.shantagold.com together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). 

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders by 16 May 2016.

The AGM will be held at 14:00 on 2 June 2016 at: Suite A, St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PU.
