Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website. The AGM of the shareholders of the Company will be held at 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF on 20 March 2020 at 11.30am.
