Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website. The AGM of the shareholders of the Company will be held at 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF on 24 April 2019 at 11.00am.

This Notice supersedes the initially proposed date of 20 March 2019 cited within the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts published 28 February 2019.
