Additional Listing


Following the recently announced acquisition of Ferguson McIlveen LLP, 
application has been made for 855,227 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange.


The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on
2 November 2006
