Scott Wilson Group plc ('the Company')
Additional Listing
Further to the acquisition of Cameron Taylor Group Limited announced last year,
the issue of ordinary shares, as partial consideration in respect of the
acquisition of the business, is due to the vendors of Cameron Taylor Group
Limited on the first anniversary of the acquisition.
As a result, the vendors are entitled to receive 447,928 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on
10 January 2008.
