HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from F&C Asset Management plc that, as a
result of the purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares') on 26 June 2006, Friends Provident Main Fund has a material interest
in 1,142,743 Shares, representing approximately 9.24% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
