Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of shares as announced on 26 April 2011, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 118,159,942 ordinary shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 118,159,942.

The above figure of 118,159,942 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
