TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

Scott Wilson Group plc announces that it has today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares all at a price of 100 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares for the purpose of settling a deferred consideration obligation pursuant to the acquisition of Benaim Enterprise (Holdings) Limited. 

Following the purchase of these shares Scott Wilson Group plc holds 4,175,000 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 72,000,446 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
