Shires Income Plc Appoints New non-executive director
Hamish N Buchan has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Shires Income
plc with effect 1 July 2001.
He is currently a director of Aberforth Split Level Trust plc, Collective
Assets Trust plc, The Fleming American Investment Trust plc and Standard Life
European Private Equity Trust plc and is a member of both the AITC Statistics
and Representative Committees. During 1999 to 2000 he chaired the AITC
Committee which produced the guide for Good Practice for Report and Accounts.
He has been involved for over thirty years as an analyst in the investment
trust sector.
Shires Income plc is managed by Glasgow Investment Managers Limited
