Board of Directors 

As intimated in May 2008, Martin Haldane has retired as a director and chairman with effect from 31 December 2008. Mr Haldane joined the board in February 1996 and assumed the chair at the end of 2002. The Board wishes to thank Mr Haldane for his input and leadership over that time. Mr A B Davidson who joined the board in February 2007 assumes the position of chairman.
