Repayment of the third (and final) tranche of the 5% Index-Linked Debenture Stock 2010

The Company announces that on 5 March 2009 it repaid the third (and final) tranche of 5% Index-Linked Debenture Stock at a cost of £9,853,967.64.

This was funded by recourse to an increased £20 million revolving credit facility which is available until end February 2011.
