The Board of Shires Income PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 3.0p per share in respect of the year to 31 March 2013 (third interim 2012 3.0p) payable on 30 April 2013 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 5 April 2013, ex dividend date 3 April 2013.
