The Board of Shires Income PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 3.0p per share in respect of the year to 31 March 2014 (third interim 2013 3.0p) payable on 30 April 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 April 2014, ex dividend date 2 April 2014.
