Capital Reduction
Further to the Special Resolution approved at the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 10 August 2007 reducing the share capital of the Company from
£1,250,000 divided into 125,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each and
1,125,000,000 Deferred Shares of 0.1p each to £125,000 divided into 125,000,000
Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each and the cancellation of the share premium account
of the Company, the Company is pleased to announce that the Capital Reduction
has now been approved by the High Court.
