Change of year end

At a board meeting held earlier today, the directors of TV Commerce Holdings plc
('the Company') resolved to change the Company's accounting date from 
30 November to 31 December. Accordingly, TV Commerce's first interim accounts 
will be prepared in respect of the period from incorporation (22 November 2004)
to 30 June 2005
