New Director of Broadcasting brings extensive interactive TV experience
TV Commerce Holdings plc ('TVC') is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean
Matthew Wright as Director of Broadcasting.
Mr Wright, who has extensive experience of launching new Sky Digital channels,
including Pokerzone, Jobs TV and Thomas Cook TV, joins TVC as it looks to extend
the range of interactive digital programming offered to subscribers.
TVC Chief Executive Vince Stanzione commented: 'This is an important appointment
for us in view of Dean's invaluable experience, and it further strengthens our
team at a crucial stage of our development.'
TVC currently transmits interactive programming covering sectors such as psychic
interest, gaming, dating and chat, and has shown high success marketing new
services to its growing customer database.
Mr Wright, 25, was most recently managing director with digital TV consultancy
Televerse Networks where he was responsible for designing channel formats,
branding, liaising with third party suppliers such as BT, recruiting personnel
for new launches, and managing technical production staff. He joins the Board of
TVC with immediate effect.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule two, paragraph
(g) of the AIM Rules in addition to the above.
