Edenville Energy Plc (AIM: EDL), t he AIM quoted company developing the Rukwa coal project in southwest Tanzania ("Rukwa" or the "Project"), announces that it was today informed that Adler Shine LLP has sold 40,280,000 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the Company at a price of 0.039 pence per share on 3 June 2020.

Rakesh Patel, the Company's non-board accountant is a senior partner at Adler Shine LLP.
