·       Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009;

·      Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 13 May 2010, containing the Chairman's letter to Shareholders;

·      Proxy card relating to Resolutions to be considered at the AGM; and

·      Proposed new Articles of Association for adoption, subject to approval at the AGM.
