The Company announces that it was notified on 7 April 2022 that Non-Executive Director and Chairman, Andrew Allner, had on 7 April 2022 purchased 49,584 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Allner had a beneficial interest in SIG of 238,800 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Allner's beneficial interest is now 288,384 ordinary shares in SIG.
