Notification and public disclosure of Exercise of Restricted Share Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan Awards by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

Exercise of 2021 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") Awards

On 2 April 2024 Ian Ashton, Chief Financial Officer, exercised nil cost options (the "RSP Options") under the RSP to acquire 975,961 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). 469,520 Shares were sold on 2 April 2024 to realise funds to settle income tax and national insurance obligations arising on exercise of the RSP Options. The balance of  506,441 Shares were retained by him and are subject to a holding period of two years under the Directors' Remuneration Policy.

Exercise of 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") Awards

In addition, on 2 April 2024 Ian Ashton, Chief Financial Officer, exercised nil cost options (the "DBP Options") under the DBP to acquire 80,128 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). 37,796 Shares were sold on 2 April 2024 to realise funds to settle income tax and national insurance obligations arising on exercise of the DBP Options. The balance of 42,332 Shares were retained by him and are subject to a holding period of two years under the Directors' Remuneration Policy.
