Appointment of Group Chief Executive
SIG plc (the Company) announces that Meinie Oldersma has agreed to join SIG as Group Chief Executive from April. Mel Ewell, currently Interim Group Chief Executive, will revert back to being a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Precise dates will be announced once determined.

Together with the recent arrival of Nick Maddock as Chief Financial Officer, this completes the recruitment of the executive team to take the business forward. Meinie Oldersma biography
Meinie Oldersma will be joining the Group from Brammer Limited, where he is currently Group Chief Executive. Before Brammer, he was CEO at 20:20 Mobile Group, and President of Ingram Micro China Group. He is non-executive Chairman of Kondor Ltd, and non-executive Director of Smallsteps BV. He has also been a Non-Executive Director of Bunzl Plc and of Metra Computer Group.
