NOTIFICIATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

Initial Notification as per regulatory requirements

The Company has been notified on 24 January 2007 that Schroders plc has an
interest in 7,473,481 ordinary shares of 0.10p in the Company, representing
6.071% of the issued share capital of 123,104,025 in the Company.

The Company has been informed that the shares are held by Schroder Investment
Management Limited (5,921,728 shares 4.810% of the issued share capital) and
Schroder Investment Management North America Limited (1,550,000 1.60% of the
issued share capital) and that they are held in portfolios managed by those
firms on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management
agreements.
