NOTIFICIATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company has been notified on 30 January 2007 that following recent share
purchases that Prudential PLC and certain of its subsidiary companies has an
interest in the voting rights of 6,415,812 ordinary shares of 0.10p in the
Company, representing 5.21% of the issued share capital of 123,110,697 in the
Company.
