Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SIG plc ('the
Company') would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 135,004,635
ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares
are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 135,004,635
The above figure (135,004,635) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
