Agreement with Pelephone

Messaging International Plc 06 November 2006 Messaging International Plc / Market: AIM / Epic: MES / Sector: Technology 6 November 2006 Messaging International Plc ('the Company') Web2SMS Launched with Pelephone Youth Brand Messaging International Plc, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging services, has, through its subsidiary TeleMessage Ltd, launched the Web2SMS service with Pelephone, one of Israel's leading mobile service providers. The service, which will be branded and offered under the Pelephone youth brand, allows Pelephone mobile subscribers to send SMS from any site, while browsing the Internet. The Web2SMS service adds an SMS Toolbar to the Internet Explorer web browser, allowing subscribers to send SMS from any site, while using established contact lists, groups or phone numbers. This Toolbar can be downloaded free of charge and messages sent are charged to the subscriber's mobile phone bill. Messaging International will receive a percentage of the revenues received from every message. The agreement expands Messaging International's partnership with Pelephone - earlier this year Pelephone launched the Company's Mail2SMS service to its customers. Pelephone subscribers can now send SMS messages from the most common PC programmes, either Mail2SMS from Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express or Web2SMS messages from the Internet Explorer Toolbar. Messaging International Managing Director Guy Levit commented: 'Following Pelephone's successful launch of our Mail2SMS solution, the natural step was to expand the service to the youth market. The Toolbar and Outlook Express Plug-in are ideal interfaces for this market segment.' Schraga Mor, Pelephone's VP Content and Services commented: 'Being able to address all mobile market segments from the PC is extremely important and helps us give an end-to-end solution to our customer base. We are the first operator in Israel to launch the unique PC to Mobile messaging interfaces and we are looking forward to launching additional services based on TeleMessage's innovative technology.' - ENDS - Contacts: Guy Levit Messaging International Plc Tel: + 972 3 9225252 Isabel Crossley St Brides Media & Finance Ltd Tel: +44 (0) 20 7242 4477 Notes Messaging International Plc Messaging International joined AIM in August 2005 with the objective of becoming a leading provider in the rapidly growing multimedia messaging market.
