                           Annual Report and Accounts

The Company wishes to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2006, together with the Notice of Annual General
Meeting and the form of proxy will be sent to the shareholders of the Company on
Saturday 30 June 2007. The Company is presently in a position to post the
accounts to shareholders but is unable to do so as a result of the UK postal
strike.
