Group-wide Senior Credit Facility

Creation of Benelux Advisory Board

SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, is pleased to provide the market with several year-end updates:

Proposed Group-wide Senior Credit Facility

SigmaRoc is pleased to announce it has received positive indications of interest from all its incumbent banks to put in place a group-wide senior credit facility, thereby replacing several local facilities it absorbed in conjunction with recent acquisitions. SigmaRoc is confident that a new group-wide credit facility offers the best commercial outcome for the Group, including both its current activities and its planned future developments.

SigmaRoc anticipates this new senior credit facility will be in place by 30 April 2020 and it has received the required change of control waivers and extensions to make this possible.

Creation of Advisory Board Aggregates Benelux

SigmaRoc is pleased to announce the proposed creation of an Advisory Board dedicated to the Benelux region. The Advisory Board will be chaired by Max Vermorken, CEO and he will be joined by Count Christophe de Limburg Stirum, entrepreneur and private equity investor in the Aggregates sector, as well as Pascal Lesoinne, previously CEO Cement and Aggregates for Heidelberg Cement Benelux.  Emmanuel Maes, previously CEO of aggregates and dredging group De Cloedt and currently MD of Europe for SigmaRoc, and Christophe Daulemerie, MD of Carrières du Hainaut SCA, will also join the Advisory Board, with the aim to maximise SigmaRoc's potential in the region.
