Director and PDMR Dealings

SigmaRoc plc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, announces the following dealings by certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') on 2 March 2020:

David Barret, Executive Chairman of SigmaRoc, purchased 145,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 42.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is now 2,320,640 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.91% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 10,204 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is now 457,715 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Garth Palmer, Chief Financial Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased 117,096 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 42.7 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Palmer's total interest in the Company is now 373,282 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Charles Trigg, Technical Director of SigmaRoc, purchased 6,976 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Trigg's total interest in the Company is now 160,621 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.

David McClelland, Managing Director of South Wales, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.7 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr McClelland's total interest in the Company is now 34,390 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Emmanuel Maes, Managing Director of Benelux Aggregates, purchased 12,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Maes' total interest in the Company is now 12,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Dean Masefield, Finance Director of Ronez , purchased 11,336 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Masefield's total interest in the Company is now 11,336 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
