booming, and the adoption of PC to Mobile services will play a major role in
messaging and VAS growth. We are proud to have AIS as a customer. It joins a
growing number of innovative, forward-looking operators who demonstrate that PC
to SMS and MMS messaging is already a reality. We are confident that with our
technology AIS will provide its users with a fantastic service which generates
revenues immediately.'
'AIS Toolbar is an ideal initiative for our market', added Somchai Lertsutiwong,
Vice president Wireless Service Business of the wireless service department at
AIS. 'It will provide users with the ability to send across SMS and content from
their PC or the Internet to their mobile phone or to share it with the mobile
phones of friends and colleagues. It also allows self content generation, and
gives subscribers a great way to express themselves. This service will also help
our marketing efforts while branding AIS into the PC of the users.'
