                             Grant of Share Options

On 1 March 2006, the Company granted to certain employees of the Company,
options to subscribe for, in aggregate, 3,455,115 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence
each in the Company at 5 pence per share.

The options will vest in equal installments over a four year period with the
first tranche exercisable on or after 3 August 2006. The total number of options
granted by the Company following this announcement is 5,325,328 representing
approximately of 4.62 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
