Rogers SMS Plug-in allows Rogers Wireless subscribers to compose and send text messages directly from within Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Outlook users can also have important filtered email and calendar reminders sent directly to their mobile phone as text messages. All messages sent from the application are charged based on standard text message rates and packages. Customers do not need any special hardware, specific mobile phones or training to use the service. They simply use the contact list they already have within their Outlook or Outlook Express. Messaging International's revenue will be based on the number of messages delivered and the number of subscribers using the service.
