    Messaging International Plc ('Messaging International' or 'the Company')
                 Agreement with a Tier One USA Mobile Operator

Messaging International, the AIM traded provider of innovative messaging
services, is pleased to announce that a leading tier one USA mobile operator has
signed an agreement to market Messaging International's proprietary Text to
Landline solution. The agreement enables the operator's customers to send text
messages, which are converted to automated voice and delivered to any landline
phone in the USA. The recipient can then send a voice message reply, which the
original sender can retrieve through a text message alert.

The service will be made available on the operator's network at standard text
messaging rates to all its USA customers. Messaging International will receive a
percentage of the revenues received from every landline message.
